What carrier oil are you using?

I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I change it?
If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Our support team will assist you in updating the shipping details. Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to change the shipping address.
I did not receive an email confirmation after placing the order?
If you didn’t receive an email confirmation, it might be due to an incorrect email address entered at checkout, or there could have been an issue with the payment process. Please also check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received the confirmation, feel free to contact us immediately, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
My package has been seized or lost, what do I do?
If your order is seized, please email us a picture of the letter you received from customs along with the receiver’s name. Once our team confirms the status, we will reship your order free of charge.
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 45 days from the dispatch date (*75 days for the United States and Canada), please contact us with the tracking number. After our team confirms the issue, we will reship your order for free.
For safety reasons, we will reship only once, and a new receiver’s name and delivery address will be required.
*Please note that we will not reship if you’re unable to provide a new receiver name and delivery address.

How should I store my products?
Please store your oil based product in a cool, dry place below 30°C, protect from light and do not freeze.
How should I store Unmixed/Mixed Peptides?
Lyophilized (Unmixed)
● Short term – Lyophilized peptides will remain stable at room temperature for 30-60 days. However, upon receipt all peptides should be stored in the refrigerator (under 4C (39F) for maximum stability and longevity. Peptides stored at this temperature can last 1-2 years.
● Long term – If you are not going to use the peptides withing 1-2 months it is preferable to store the peptides in a freezer at -18C (0F). Peptides stored at this temperature can last 2-3 years. Even more preferable for long term storage is freezing at -80C (-112F) in order to preserve the peptides stability long term.
Reconstituted (Mixed)
● Short term – Peptide solutions generally remain stable up to 30 days when stored in the refrigerator at 4C (39F) depending on the length of the peptide sequence and its inherent instability factors.
● Long term – If peptides absolutely must be stored in solution, sterile buffers at pH 5-6 should be used if possible, and the peptide solution should be separated into aliquots to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Freezing at -80C (-112F) is optimal in order to preserve the peptides stability.
