General Conditions of the Reward Points Program

1. Registration Requirement
   To participate in the reward points system, customers must be registered on our store.

2. Earning Points

   • Purchases: Points are earned by purchasing products from the store. The more you spend, the more points you accumulate.
   • Order Processing: Points are added to your account once your payment has been received and your order has been dispatched.
   • Bonus Points: Additional points can be earned by:
     • Placing your first order.
     • Leaving a Touchdown submission on our site.
     • Posting a review on major online forums.
   • Review Frequency: Points for reviews can be earned on an order basis but can only be claimed once every 90 days. Please inform us after leaving your review so that we can add the points.

3. Viewing Your Reward Points

   • You can check your reward point balance in your account, the My Account section, the Cart Page, or the Checkout Page.

4. Redeeming Reward Points

   • Reward points can be used to reduce the cost of your purchase.
   • On product pages, you will see the cost of items in reward points, as well as how many points you will earn when purchasing a product.
   • Up to 40% of your purchase can be covered by reward points. This does not include shipping costs.

5. Expiry and Restrictions

   • Reward points expire 90 days after being added to your account.
   • Reward points cannot be exchanged for currency or refunded.
